When you send “Request a quote”, we receive what you type in the form:

• your name and email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number and your country, if you give them;
• your trip: resort, dates, number of adults and children (and children’s ages), budget and your message.

If we send you a quote, we keep a record of it, and of whether you opened, accepted or declined it on its quote page.

To show the right country in the form, our network provider (Cloudflare) tells our website which country your connection comes from. We use it only to pre-fill the form; you can change it.

• to reply to your request and send you resort options and prices;
• to arrange your holiday if you decide to book;
• to keep a record of our conversation with you.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Only our team, through our private booking dashboard. If you book, we share what is needed for your stay with the resort and transfer providers - for example the names and dates for your booking.

The website runs on services that store or carry the data for us:

• Supabase - our database, in Singapore;
• Railway - the server that runs the website, in Singapore;
• Cloudflare - which carries traffic to our website and protects it;
• Unsplash - some of the scenic photos on our pages are loaded from Unsplash’s servers.

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Sign-in cookies are used only in our team’s private dashboard.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any booking, and for as long as we are required to keep records by law.

You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them (unless we must keep them by law, for example for a completed booking).
